About Shaniqua Davis:

Shaniqua (Shawn) Davis is a digital marketing and tech enthusiast with several years of experience developing tech solutions. A Detroit native, Shaniqua learned early on to use innovative techniques to gain both experience and significant opportunities for advancement. In 2016 Davis launched Noirefy, a platform that connects minority candidates and companies together to drive diversity and inclusion globally. She is currently based in Chicago, IL and has been featured in several national media outlets, including Forbes and Marie Claire magazine for her work with Noirefy. Davis has also been awarded and recognized as the 2017 Midwest Women in Technology, Talent Development award recipient and WeWorks Young Innovators 2017 and most recently listed on Crain’s Tech 50 2018 list.

About Noirefy:

Noirefy offers a unique pool of Black, Latin-x, Native American and female candidates to employers looking for a representative workforce. Corporations need a diverse workforce to succeed in an increasingly pluralistic economy but lack outreach and communication tools necessary to build a diverse workforce. Incumbent job boards ignore diversity as an asset for corporations communicating career advancement opportunities to qualified individuals, and as a result perpetuate a modern workforce that falls woefully short of the representative one necessary to succeed. Noirefy is a Chicago-based, Delaware C-corp.
